1. Check-in time at the cottage is 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM local time.
2. Check-in is possible under the following conditions:

• With valid identification documents.
• After payment is made (if it hasn’t been made earlier) for the accommodation.
• After paying a tourist tax of 30 UAH per night. The tourist tax is not included in the room price.

1. Guaranteed booking is made upon guest request and after 100% prepayment of the total accommodation cost.
2. If the booking is canceled more than 30 calendar days before the check-in date, the guest will receive a full refund. If the booking is canceled 30 days (inclusive) or fewer before the check-in date, the guest will receive 50% of the paid booking amount. If the booking is canceled 15 days (inclusive) or fewer before the check-in date, the paid booking amount is non-refundable, and the reserved date cannot be changed. Additionally, the paid booking amount cannot be used for other services.
3. For more than 4 people staying in the cottage, an additional charge of 500 UAH per person applies.
4. Breakfast is included in the cottage price and is served only from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Breakfast is served at the "CHARIVNEOZERO" restaurant.

To ensure order and safety in the cottage, guests are prohibited from:

1. Staying in the cottage with pets.
2. Smoking inside the cottages.
3. Inviting outsiders into the cottages without the administration’s knowledge.
4. Making noise after 11:00 PM, as a matter of respect for others.
5. Keeping flammable items in the premises.
6. Bringing in food and alcohol from outside and consuming them on the complex's grounds (except in the cottage where the guest is staying).
7. Making fires anywhere on or off the complex's grounds.
8. Using heating appliances that are not part of the cottage equipment.
9. Wearing footwear or clothing in the cottage that may soil the furniture, equipment, or premises.
10. Interfering with the cottage's heating system, such as opening and closing the radiator valves.
11. Leaving trash in the forest or near the cottages. Trash bins are provided for waste disposal.
12. Taking furniture from the premises outside.

• Please note that the restaurant operates until 11:00 PM. After this time, it is prohibited to remain in seating areas of the restaurant (cabins, terraces, gazebos).
• The administration is not responsible for the personal belongings of residents, except for items that are handed over to the administration for safekeeping and recorded.
• The administration reserves the right to evict guests who violate these rules, in which case the cottage must be vacated within an hour, and no refunds will be given for the remaining time.
• The administration is not responsible for injuries sustained on the complex's grounds.
• For security reasons, video surveillance is conducted throughout the complex.
