House Rules for the Cottage
Booking, Stay, and Payment Policy at Charivne Ozero Hotel & Restaurant Complex
To maintain order and ensure safety, guests are not allowed to:
- Check-in time is 16:00, and check-out time is 14:00 (local time).
- Guest registration is possible:
- Upon presentation of valid ID documents.
- Upon full payment (if not made in advance) for the entire stay.
- Upon payment of a tourist tax of 30 UAH per person per night. This fee is not included in the cottage price.
- Guaranteed booking is confirmed only after a guest’s request and 100% prepayment of the total accommodation cost.
- The prepayment is refundable only if the booking is cancelled at least 3 days prior to the arrival date.
- If more than 4 guests are accommodated in the cottage, the price will be adjusted accordingly.
To maintain order and ensure safety, guests are not allowed to:
- Smoke in the rooms, corridors, or hotel lobby.
- Consume food or beverages brought from outside anywhere on the premises.
- Allow visitors into their rooms without notifying the administration.
- Keep flammable or hazardous materials in the rooms.
- The hotel is not responsible for guests’ personal belongings.
- Exceptions are items officially handed over to the administration and recorded.
- The administration is not liable for any injuries sustained on the premises.
- For safety purposes, video surveillance is conducted throughout the complex.
