1. Check-in time at the hotel is 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM local time.
2. Check-in is possible under the following conditions:

• With valid identification documents.
• After payment is made (if it hasn’t been made earlier) for the accommodation.
• After paying a tourist tax of 30 UAH per night. The tourist tax is not included in the room price.

1. Guaranteed booking is made upon guest request and after 100% prepayment of the total accommodation cost.
2. If the booking is canceled more than 30 calendar days before the check-in date, the guest will receive a full refund. If the booking is canceled 30 days (inclusive) or fewer before the check-in date, the guest will receive 50% of the paid booking amount. If the booking is canceled 15 days (inclusive) or fewer before the check-in date, the paid booking amount is non-refundable, and the reserved date cannot be changed. Additionally, the paid booking amount cannot be used for other services.
3. For more than 2 people staying in a room, an additional charge of 500 UAH per person applies. Additional guests are only allowed in rooms of the "Improved Standard", "Deluxe", and "Suite" categories.
4. Breakfast is included in the room price and is served only from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, exclusively at the "CHARIVNEOZERO" restaurant.

To ensure order and safety in the hotel, guests are prohibited from:

1. Staying in the room with pets.
2. Smoking in hotel rooms, corridors, or hotel lobbies.
3. Bringing in food and alcohol from outside and consuming them on the complex's grounds.
4. Allowing outsiders into the room without notifying the administration.
5. Keeping flammable items in the rooms.
6. Making noise after 11:00 PM as a matter of ethical consideration. Please respect those around you.
7. Damaging hotel property is prohibited. In the event of damage or loss of hotel property, the guest must compensate for its value according to the market price at the time of the loss or damage.

• Dear guests, please note that the restaurant operates until 10:00 PM. After this time, it is prohibited to remain in all restaurant seating areas (terraces, cabins, gazebos).
• The administration is not responsible for guests' personal belongings, except for items handed over to the administration for safekeeping and recorded.
• The administration reserves the right to evict guests who violate these rules, and no refunds will be given for the remaining time.
• The administration is not responsible for injuries sustained on the complex's grounds.
• For security reasons, video surveillance is conducted throughout the entire complex.
